Switching up formats!
Truthfully, I usually reach the second form at the tail-end of my run and that only mentally. But that’s definitely how I feel.
I know nothing about the Pose Method, though folks are pretty enthusiastic about it. I know you can get the same benefits as barefoot running out of it, but that’s it.
And if you noticed a different look on my feet in this comic, it’s because I’ve started wearing what amounts to aqua socks (I got them half-off!). They’re ninja shoes and I dig ’em. Forces me to actually feel how I land. And I definitely feel it later!
