It’s a fitbit. Pretty neat, as it tracks sleep patterns as well.
And it’s not as bad as that, but the first day I wore it running (see last comic), I ran up a hill and when I came back only the second light was flashing. That was discouraging… but later that day I had all 5 going, so I did hit the goal.
Oh and for the curious, I started running nearly a year ago, not really a resolution, just a desire not to die of heart attack or stroke, or cholesterol. It’s been quite a ride. I’ll have a recap of what that’s meant to me.
